You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you and everything we obtained from the platforms you connected. Here are the three paths, from the fastest to the most complete.
1. From Facebook (immediate, verifiable deletion)
This is the path Meta recommends and the one that leaves a record. Go to your Facebook account and open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Find Adker in the list and press Remove.
Facebook notifies us at that very moment and we delete the entire connection: your access code and your Facebook identity, the ad accounts we discovered with it, their campaigns, ad sets and ads along with the daily results we had saved, the business portfolios and the Facebook Pages. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a web address where you can check the status of the request.
2. From the platform (disconnect an integration)
If you only want to cut off one connection, go to Settings inside the platform and press the delete icon on the connection you want to remove. The credential is deleted along with everything we had obtained with it.
3. By writing to us
Write to us at contacto@zaiken.com.co from the email address you use on the platform and tell us what you want to delete: one specific integration or your whole account. We reply with confirmation of the deletion.
What we keep and why
We only keep what a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep (for example, billing records), and for as long as that obligation imposes. None of that includes data obtained from the Meta Platform.
