Privacy policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This marketing and operations management platform (the “Platform”) helps businesses manage their ad campaigns, stores, and logistics. This policy explains what data we process, what we use it for, and how you can request its deletion.

1. Data we collect

  • Your account data: name, email address, and the business you belong to.
  • Data from the integrations you connect: when you connect Facebook/Meta, Shopify, or Dropi, we receive the information needed to run the service, such as the ID and name of your Facebook profile, business portfolios, ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting, creative metadata or thumbnails, performance metrics, the Facebook Pages you manage with their name and follower count, orders, and products.
  • Access credentials: integration tokens are stored encrypted at rest. They are never shown in full on screen and are never written to system logs.

2. What we use the data for

  • Show performance dashboards and reports for your campaigns and stores.
  • Run the actions you request from the Platform, for example pausing or activating a campaign.
  • Apply the automations you set up, such as adjusting budgets or bid caps and cost caps.
  • Sync metrics on a schedule to keep your reports up to date.
  • Protect the Platform, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

Meta Platform data. We ask you for four permissions and no more:

  • ads_management: read the results of your ads and make the changes you request or that you scheduled in an automation — pausing or activating campaigns, ad sets, and ads, and adjusting budgets and bid caps or cost caps.
  • business_management: discover and show the business portfolios and ad accounts you can manage.
  • pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement: every ad is delivered on behalf of a Facebook Page, so we read the ID, the name, and the follower count of the Pages you manage, to show you which Page each ad comes from. We do not read posts, comments, or messages, we do not see who your followers are, and we never publish content on a Page.

The integration does not publish content and does not create or delete campaigns. The data obtained is used solely to provide the service described, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell that data and we do not use it for our own advertising.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the infrastructure providers that make it possible to run the Platform and with the platforms you connect, such as Meta, Shopify, or Dropi, when it is necessary to carry out your instructions. These providers receive only the information needed to provide their services.

4. Isolation between businesses

The Platform serves multiple businesses. Each business's data is kept isolated to prevent users from another business from accessing it.

5. Data retention and deletion

  • You can disconnect any integration from the Platform settings. When you do, its credential stops being used.
  • If you connected Facebook and want to delete that data, you can remove the app from your Facebook account settings, under Settings → Apps and websites. Meta notifies us and we delete the entire connection from the Platform: your access code and your Facebook identity, the ad accounts we discovered with it, their campaigns, ad sets and ads along with the daily results we had saved, the business portfolios and the Facebook Pages. The deletion happens the moment we receive the notice. You will receive a confirmation code and a web address to check the status of the request.
  • How to delete your data lists the three paths step by step, including writing to us so we delete your whole account.

6. Security

  • Integration credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
  • Traffic between your browser and the Platform travels over HTTPS.
  • Access to features is restricted through roles and permissions.

7. Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw the authorizations you have granted, subject to the applicable legal retention obligations.

8. Contact

For questions or requests about your data, write to us at contacto@zaiken.com.co.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version at this same address and state its new update date.
